Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate molding equipment, including presses and dies
  • Perform quality control checks, including visual inspections and first-piece inspections
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop and implement process improvements
  • Work with production team to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in mechanical engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a die setter or related role
  • Strong technical skills, including blueprint reading and press operation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
