The estimated salary for this position is $19-$34 per hour, depending on class level (A, B, C). Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including medical/vision insurance, dental insurance, 401k compensation, PTO, gym incentive, and a signing bonus commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position working on the 2nd shift, from 3pm-11pm, Monday through Friday. As a die setter, you will be responsible for setting up molding equipment, including putting tooling and dies in presses, following control plan instructions, performing inspections, and preparing presses for operators.

• Set up molding equipment according to control plans
• Perform 1st piece inspections and prepare press for operators
• Work with engineering on potential process improvements and tooling changes
• Handle and place product on skids or trays as described in control plans
• Visually inspect parts for defects and stop equipment if non-conforming product is being produced

• Responsible for own quality and ability to follow process control plans
• Responsible for house cleaning and keeping area neat and clean
• Perform length and weight adjustments on standard action and multi-action presses
• Basic understanding and function of standard action and multi-action presses
• Proficient in blueprint reading
