  • Conduct thorough evaluations of potential suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing and terms for materials.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and implement strategies aimed at inventory optimization and cost reduction.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and quality regulations throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with cosmetic ingredients and supplier management.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement practices and inventory management.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing.
