Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospice policies, and medical standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Provide education and training to staff on regulatory issues, agency policies, and patient care best practices.
- Collaborate with the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice and at least 4+ years of full-time experience as an RN or equivalent.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
