**Job Title:** Supervising Clinician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Clinician Specialist to join our Forensic Evaluations team at the State of Connecticut. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to our clinical staff, ensuring that we provide high-quality clinical services to our clients.

About the Job:

  • Schedule, assign, and oversee the work of clinical staff
  • Assist in developing unit goals and objectives
  • Assist in recruitment, selection, training, and development of clinical staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Determine priorities and plan, coordinate, and supervise unit activities

Requirements:

  • Seven years of professional healthcare experience in a psychiatric setting
  • Two years of lead-level experience coordinating the work of a unit or team of professionals in a psychiatric setting

Salary:** $93,511 - $143,671 per year
