Position Overview

This role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies to deliver products to the SERVPRO franchise network while enhancing profitability within the Division. The Sales and Marketing Product Leader will also ensure exceptional service to Franchisees regarding their product and service requirements, while fostering robust partnerships with preferred vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the SERVPRO Product Marketing Strategy for existing and upcoming products.
  • Implement strategic initiatives that will boost revenue, enhance franchise engagement, elevate brand visibility, and improve franchise support.
  • Lead the product sales team, ensuring that objectives and key performance indicators are met to achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit and develop high-quality team members, providing training in sales, marketing, and communication to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Establish strong relationships with key Franchisees to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the Division's reputation. Encourage franchise participation in sales initiatives to maximize revenue potential.
  • Conduct sales analysis to assess product relevance, supporting pricing strategies, promotional efforts, and inventory management.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are backed by return on investment analyses to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Conduct customer feedback sessions to gain insights on Division programs and ensure alignment with customer needs. Develop and implement initiatives based on this feedback to support the franchise community.
  • Assist in planning and executing the annual SERVPRO convention trade show.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative relationships across departments.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and suppliers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Able to manage a demanding workload; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced and high-pressure office setting.
  • Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
  • Minimal travel may be necessary for business purposes.
  • Regularly required to walk, use hands for tasks, reach, stoop, kneel, talk, and hear.
  • Frequent standing and sitting required.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
