We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Tri-Cities, Washington. As a Registered Nurse in our 7RP MEDSURG department, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
About the JobThis is a full-time position, working approximately 36 hours per week, with variable shifts available. We offer a competitive salary range of $38.37 - $76.71 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with acute cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in cardiology or a related field
