Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for verifying orders, scheduling, and registering patients, as well as ensuring accurate insurance coverage and benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient orders, schedules, and registrations
  • Ensure accurate insurance coverage and benefits
  • Participate in the collection of up-front revenue due to the facility
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of general office experience with public interaction
  • Courses in medical terminology or related field preferred
  • Data entry and medical setting experience a plus
