Key Responsibilities:

  • Be on time for work every day and maintain positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers.
  • Check-in vehicles with customers, go over accident-related damages and damages not related to the insurance claim.
  • Send repair status updates to customers with vehicles in the shop for repairs.
  • Update and communicate with customers' vehicle rental vendors.
  • Deliver the final product to customers and go over the repairs performed at the shop.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivator, driven, dedicated, good work ethic, and understanding of the importance of great customer service.
  • Working knowledge of CCC One is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
