Mazda Service Advisor

About Us: Walker's Renton Mazda is a leading automotive business, and we're looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team.
Salary: $20.00 per hour, based on your skills and experience.
Job Description: As a Service Advisor at Walker's Renton Mazda, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while overseeing service orders and the flow of our Service Drive.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers;
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers by carrying out additional assignments that leave a lasting impression;
- Provide top-notch support for owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, ensuring seamless communication;
- Distribute technicians' time efficiently to maximize sales and productivity;
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs with confidence;
- Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards;
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues, ordering necessary parts and tools;
- Oversee warranty claims administration, training, and supervising of the service department;
- Enforce company policies, adhering to industry standards and regulations;
- Promote good working relationships with factories and foster a positive work environment among employees;

- Fantastic communication skills, particularly with customers;
- A professional, well-groomed personal appearance;
- A consistent record of service and sales success;
- A strong track record of positive customer satisfaction results;
- You are team-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently when needed;
- A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
