Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in treatment coordination and some management experience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient treatment plans and schedules
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members
- Process and manage dental insurance claims
- Assist with management duties, including staff supervision and training
- 2+ years of experience in treatment coordination and management
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency
- Knowledge of dental insurance and coordination of benefits
- Experience with Dentrix or similar software
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, 9am-6pm, and 8am-5pm
