Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, shop drawing and submittal review, billing, and job site visits.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0.
  • Enrolled in Civil/Architectural/Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree program.
  • Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred.
