Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a representative of the Credit Union, delivering service to members in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, and confidential processing of transactions while maintaining accuracy.
  • Address member inquiries, issues, and complaints, directing them to the appropriate personnel for resolution when necessary.
  • Identify members' service needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Manage all financial transactions for members with precision.

Qualifications
