Key Responsibilities
- Act as a representative of the Credit Union, delivering service to members in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and confidential processing of transactions while maintaining accuracy.
- Address member inquiries, issues, and complaints, directing them to the appropriate personnel for resolution when necessary.
- Identify members' service needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Manage all financial transactions for members with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is essential.
- Competence in basic computer operations, data entry, and typing skills.
