Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and manage nursing staff to achieve high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Patient Care:
    • Assess and evaluate patient condition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Educational/Training Requirements: RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university.
  • Licensing Requirements: Active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing.
  • Experience Requirements: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
