As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and production of tactical missile systems. Your expertise in electrical engineering principles, circuit card assemblies, and system-level integration will enable you to contribute to cutting-edge projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with experience in mixed signal CCA's (Circuit Card Assemblies) product design, development, and system-level integration. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting power budget analysis, electrical system schematic, safety-critical system, and grounding scheme per provided requirements for existing and new development efforts.

You will work closely with systems engineers, software engineers, and hardware engineers to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility. Additionally, you will develop detailed test plans for prototypes and assist in transition to production.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,900 - $143,900, with potential bonuses based on individual contributions and company results. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and personal business.
