Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team at Kane Realty Corporation. This role involves overseeing the comprehensive maintenance and daily operational tasks essential for our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general upkeep tasks.
  • Repairing and maintaining structures including doors, cabinets, walls, and exteriors.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal property conditions.
  • Assisting with special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively. Attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks throughout the day are essential.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in maintenance roles.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
