This role offers a unique blend of science, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise. As a Vaccines Health Specialist, you'll be responsible for launching new products, managing business relationships, and securing formulary access. You'll also engage in product promotion within your assigned geography, utilizing a systematic approach to virtual engagement.

You will:

  • Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives
  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; effectively identifies and implements live/virtual engagement strategies with customers to maximize overall effectiveness and impact
  • Effectively build rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments; uses judgment to maintain customer engagement by successfully utilizing existing and ever-changing digital tools effectively for successful customer engagement
  • Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to assist with identifying, developing, and implementing strategic business opportunities
  • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge using approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources, as applicable
  • Demonstrate market knowledge, uncovering barriers and drivers across all relevant business channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.)
  • Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management, to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives

We offer a competitive salary range of $71,700 - $180,200, plus an additional quarterly Sales Incentive bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.
