As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at The Healing Spot Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with prenatal and postpartum women who are seeking holistic and evidence-based care for their pelvic floor and core concerns.
Responsibilities:- Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor and core concerns, including diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and spine/hip/coccyx pain.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients on pelvic floor and core health, including nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including midwives, doulas, physicians, and mental health providers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest research and best practices in pelvic floor and core physical therapy.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
- At least one year of experience working with prenatal and postpartum women with pelvic floor and core concerns.
- Strong knowledge of pelvic floor and core anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $30/hour and a commission rate of $50 per patient.
