Surveillance Technician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of monitoring stations and equipment.
- Conducts vigilant observation duties as assigned.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of gaming laws, regulations, and company protocols.
- Participates in ongoing on-the-job training sessions.
- Carefully oversees all company assets and monitors staff for compliance with established procedures.
- Stays informed about current procedures and policies across all departments.
- Implements departmental policies by observing and reporting any non-compliance with company regulations or gaming laws.
- Keeps precise, detailed, and timely logs of all activities.
- Performs additional tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in surveillance is advantageous.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming/racing license.
