Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our membership programs and services to potential customers, building relationships with existing members, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tours of our facilities to showcase our amenities and services
  • Explain the benefits of our personal training programs and group classes
  • Initiate conversations with potential members through phone and computer systems
  • Grow and maintain relationships with prospects, members, and referrals
  • Participate in scheduled meetings with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (some college coursework preferred)
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully pass all testing requirements after training
  • Basic computer skills
