Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fixture Buyer to join our Store Planning & Procurement team at Burlington Stores, Inc. This role involves purchasing, developing, and arranging cost-efficient delivery and installation of all store fixtures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and follow-through skills, as well as expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and managing the entire PO process, including creation, review, and reconciliation.
  • Buying responsibilities include fixture development input, ordering, tracking, and delivery.
  • Liaising between the vendor community and store planning for all new stores, remodels, and special store projects.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track fixture spending, inventories, and roll-out by location for a $21 million budget.
  • Partnering with in-house and outside logistical shipping carriers to determine the most cost-efficient method to ship and track all purchased fixtures and furniture.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
