- Work closely with staff to ensure patient safety and well-being, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage and train employees, acting as a backup to the Patient Transport Manager as needed.
- Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage transportation operations and maintain accurate records.
- Minimum three years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of customer service experience and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to train and develop employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, including office software and transportation management systems.
