Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. A minimum of five years of relevant experience in freight forwarding is essential, along with at least three years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proficiency in incoterms is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong mathematical abilities for dimension conversions. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office is necessary. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and courteous, displaying a flexible and open-minded approach to new challenges and teamwork. A commitment to ethical standards is crucial.
