Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency within the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective technical solutions utilizing SAP.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and validation of SAP modules including FI, MM, and SD to align with organizational requirements.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in ABAP development and materials management.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP modules to maintain operational continuity.
  • Offer technical assistance and training to end-users to enhance system utilization.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to maximize the efficiency of SAP modules.
  • Document all processes, configurations, and designs for future reference and compliance.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in SAP technologies.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review progress and strategize future initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ABAP, MM, materials management, SD, SAP Sales and Distribution Lead, SAP FI, and SAP MM.
  • Strong understanding of SAP system navigation and transaction codes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven capability to lead projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Solid grasp of business processes within the Energy sector.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ensuring high accuracy in deliverables.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in SAP modules is a plus.
