  • Requirements Gathering: Collect functional requirements for projects and enhancements, documenting scope, business requirements, system configurations, designs, functional specifications, and training materials.
  • Collaboration with IT Specialists: Work alongside developers, BASIS administrators, and various technology specialists to deliver solutions that adhere to organizational standards while fulfilling business needs.
  • Communication Initiatives: Initiate and maintain clear communication with business partners and analysts to ensure a mutual understanding of business challenges and project statuses.
  • Testing and Validation: Define and execute test cases for various testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation Support: Oversee all documentation related to Sales & Distribution, Logistics, and Warehouse Management, utilizing industrial printing technology and labeling systems.
  • Industry Experience: Bring direct experience from the chemical or process industries, particularly in production, logistics, inventory, and operations.
  • Analytical Standards: Apply hands-on knowledge of warehouse management analytical standards, reporting, and metrics.
  • Mobile Operations: Utilize mobile devices for warehouse operations including put-aways, picking, loading, and inventory execution.
  • Training Development: Conduct super-user training through various delivery methods to enhance the super-user network.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Prepare, publish, and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, global environment.
Required Skills
  • Subject-matter expert with minimal oversight, impacting financial, organizational, and functional areas.
  • Broad understanding of business processes and deep IT management systems knowledge.
  • Architect of solutions, defining the roadmap from concept to execution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in business processes and systems analysis.
  • Experience with SAP SD, LO, WM configuration through multiple full SAP implementations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive in analyzing processes for opportunities to streamline and improve.
Education, Certifications & Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • S4 HANA experience is an added advantage.
