Hospital Services Technicians play a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of our communities by providing on-site collection and exchange of medical waste containers. As a Stericycle team member, you will travel between customer healthcare facilities, interacting with staff to ensure exceptional service and maintaining a rigorous collection schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services.
- Interact professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a rigid collection and service schedule.
- Communicate duty status on a defined scheduled.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related experience, customer service preferred.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
