We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of After School Tutor at Peterson Central Elementary School.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide academic support to students in a professional and engaging manner.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students in need of academic support
- Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies to meet the needs of students
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student success
Requirements:
- Valid West Virginia Teaching Certification
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $31.25 per hour, up to four hours per week, plus one hour for planning
Term: School Year
