Key Responsibilities- Assist Senior Maintenance in maintaining plant mechanical and building equipment.
- Install piping and mechanical equipment as directed.
- Troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical failures or malfunctions, and acquire knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Assist in construction and/or repair of all plant equipment.
- Keep records as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 4 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment in a mechanical role or related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including night and weekends, with little advanced notice.
- New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: $33.57; After 12 Months: $36.15.
- Hourly shift premium while assigned to an off-shift.
- $2500 Sign on Bonus payable after 90 days of employment (for external candidates only).
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, 13 paid holidays per year, 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, and more.
