Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Permanent Site Operations Manager to become a vital part of our team. This pivotal role involves:

  • Overseeing and directing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-notch quality.
  • Reviewing and interpreting project blueprints and specifications, providing suggestions for enhancements and modifications as needed.
  • Coordinating and supervising a workforce of construction personnel and subcontractors, fostering a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
  • Identifying and managing project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, while meticulously documenting all site activities.
  • Communicating with clients, architects, and engineers, offering regular updates on project status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Conducting site inspections and audits to guarantee that all work meets the highest standards, implementing corrective measures as required.
  • Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal use and minimal waste.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the data center or distribution warehouse construction domain.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a solid understanding of data center infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing mission-critical construction projects, with the capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring a diverse group of construction professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Certification in Construction Health and Safety or a related area is advantageous.
