Key Responsibilities- Shift Operations Management: Lead and manage a team of injection molding operators and technicians to ensure production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of products meets company standards, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality, resulting in cost savings and increased customer satisfaction.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with injection molding machines and related equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring production continuity.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials, with knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
