Work Schedule: Full Time - Overnight Shift

We are currently looking for a passionate and committed Practical Nursing Specialist.

Responsibilities of the Practical Nursing Specialist include:
  • Ensure adherence to all regulations concerning residents' rights.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing bed linens, positioning, transferring, mobility, and incontinence care as necessary.
  • Aid in monitoring medication management programs.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician directives and as documented on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident conditions in compliance with established rules and regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications for the Practical Nursing Specialist:
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current and valid license in good standing.
  • At least one year of experience working as a nurse with a senior demographic
  • A genuine compassion for and commitment to working with the elderly population is essential.
