Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Building Care Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all building systems and equipment. The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will work closely with property managers and superintendents to coordinate tasks and ensure that all repairs are completed promptly and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to properties as needed
  • Managing incoming service requests efficiently
  • Repairing walkways and exteriors
  • Tracking time and logging activities and work completed for each job
