As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide Patient-Centered Care: Deliver individualized care to patients, families, and communities, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Manage Patient Flow: Anticipate and plan for admission, discharge, and transfer needs to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize delays.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Mentor and educate nursing staff, provide guidance and support, and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Stay Current with Best Practices: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, technologies, and research.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Medsurg and Telemetry, with 5 years of experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: RN license in the state of employment or compact required, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
