Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Electroencephalogram (EEG) Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a leading children's hospital. As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in the EEG department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and interpret EEG tests to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Operate and maintain EEG equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on EEG procedures and results
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an EEG Technologist
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of EEG procedures and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Current licensure and certification in EEG technology
