Job Summary

As a Strategic Communications Director at Trinity Health, you will play a critical role in supporting the organization's business priorities by managing and leading national internal and external communications that advance and protect Trinity Health's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated communications plans, messaging, and materials, including effective and measured distribution of content across multiple media and channels.
  • Partner with various stakeholders across the system to create compelling and relevant communications that inspire and drive desired behavior.
  • Manage and contribute to Trinity Health's internal and external communications infrastructure, including common platforms.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Seven to ten years of progressive experience managing communications for complex/matrix organizations.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of communications, including internal and external communications, media relations, public relations, and social/digital media.
