Job Title: HR Manager

Advanced Call Center Technologies, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing assigned functional areas of the comprehensive Human Resources program, including electronic onboarding, benefits, training and development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs, oversees, and coordinates the Human Resource Department ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provides counsel in relation to Company policy, procedures, and personnel matters.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Maintains records of benefit plans personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Monitors and administers the paid time off plans, leave of absence, and sick programs.
  • Conducts investigations for all employment matters to include Workman Compensation.
  • Conducts management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, sexual harassment, and employee relations.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews.
  • Analyzes attrition data to develop strategic plans to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Administers and maintains the unemployment responses in compliance with State law.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university (Human Resources concentration preferred); or more than five years related Human Resources experience and/or training, with emphasis on employee relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms. Strong Excel, Power point, and Word skills.
