Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical or acute care setting.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
