Overview

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality kidney care to patients with chronic kidney disease. We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis equipment and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist with medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members
