Estimated Salary Range: $38.29 - $59.35 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Clinical Leadership Coordinator at UCHealth's Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient safety and quality outcomes. This role assists the Nurse Manager in overseeing unit operations, professional practice standards, and staff development. Your leadership skills and expertise will drive positive change and enhance the work environment for our nurses and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Nurse Manager with evaluating staff performance and developing standards of care.
  • Participate in providing and monitoring staff competencies, coaching, and developing nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with the CNS/Educator to ensure continuity of care and meet educational needs.
  • Facilitate processes to improve patient throughput and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the Nurse Manager to identify and resolve issues related to patient care, personnel, and budget.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or obtain one within 3 years of hire. You should also possess at least 3 years of experience in related clinical areas and hold a State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is also required.
