Job Summary

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for bringing innovative ideas and strategic vision to life through outstanding design. This role is critical to the Innovation Incubator at Dataworks, where you will explore problem and opportunity spaces in new technologies, products, and services.

As a member of the Incubator team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to sketch potential use cases and user flows. You will create highly detailed design artifacts to clearly communicate a compelling desired future state for the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead conversations based on organizational strategy and principles to create alignment
  • Facilitate discussions across teams to ensure everyone has an opportunity to share their opinion and be heard
  • Guide discussions toward decisions and clarify user experience strategy
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and maintain UI components and design systems
  • Organize content and navigation effectively on an application level and screen level
Requirements
  • Three to four years of experience delivering successful design work
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Business, or related field
  • Portfolio of work showcasing a strong sense of visual design
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with web3, ecommerce, and/or supply chain
  • Knowledge or work experience in design, design thinking, or related discipline
  • Ability to use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create design solutions
