Position Requirements:
Are you the right fit? Please consider applying if you meet the following criteria:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction contracting with knowledge of AIA
  • Proficient in drafting and negotiating EPC contracts for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects
  • Experience consulting with clients and collaborating with construction teams on litigation and arbitration matters
