Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician III

Join Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a leading manufacturer of business jet aircraft, as an Equipment Maintenance Technician III. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced maintenance and troubleshooting services for industrial equipment, including CNC machines, GSE equipment, and factory automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions in equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance inspections
  • Set up and calibrate equipment on scheduled intervals
  • Backup process parameters and PLC programs
  • Input data into CMMS system for machine reliability and control
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5 years experience working with electrical controls and mechanical applications in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley & Siemens Controls preferred)
  • Background in CNC Equipment (Mazak, Mori Seiki, Fryer, Alpha Harrison, Broetje, Kuka preferred)
  • Background in GSE Equipment (Hobart, Unitron, Tronair, Lektro Tug preferred)
