About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Hardware Development Engineer to join our team at Blink, a leading provider of camera-based consumer home security solutions. As a key member of our hardware development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the next generation of Blink products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps
  • Analyze potential architectures and methods to produce proof of concepts and prototypes
  • Develop and maintain system test strategies
  • Mentor junior engineers in engineering best practices
  • Participate in hiring of new team members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of EE design experience
  • 2+ years of programming experience
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production
  • Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware development life cycle for embedded systems
