Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:
Cultivate and sustain client relationships, recognize business prospects, and assist in business development activities.

Project Oversight:
Manage geotechnical components of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Technical Proficiency:
Conduct geotechnical assessments and offer guidance during the design, construction, and modification stages of commercial projects.

Examples of previous and potential future projects encompass small retail outlets, commercial buildings, car wash facilities, fueling stations, financial institutions, and grocery establishments.


Documentation:
Draft and evaluate geotechnical reports, delivering expert opinions and practical solutions.

Guidance:
Mentor junior engineers and interns, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure project success.

Additional Responsibilities:
Perform engineering evaluations utilizing company and industry standards and methodologies.

Ensure all engineering outputs comply with the highest quality standards and practices.

Conduct technical reviews of complex projects, oversee analyses, and develop recommendations in written reports.

Assist in managing unexpected activities that may arise during regular business operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.

Approximately 5 years of professional experience in geotechnical engineering (flexible for the right candidate).

Strong background in commercial geotechnical projects.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in proposal preparation and business development is advantageous.

Familiarity with specialized geotechnical software and some proficiency in CAD is desirable.

Valid Driver's License is required.
