Position Overview:

The Stepping Stones Group is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our dedicated team in delivering outstanding therapy services to students within educational settings. This role is focused on providing support in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of personalized treatment strategies based on assessment results.
  • Deliver therapy services to students in both individual and group formats.
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a requirement for bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Possession of a state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience in working with children and adolescents in an educational environment.
