Requirements

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate exposure to slippery work surfaces and greasy areas. The noise level is typically moderate, with occasional loud noises from kitchen equipment. The employee must be able to work in a casino environment, which may be smoky at times.
