We are seeking a skilled Bistro Cook to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As a Bistro Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items for service in the restaurant and for catering functions.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to company and brand standards and meet all health code requirements.
• Properly forecast food consumption and control food waste, loss, and usage.
• Assist with kitchen duties, including bussing, cleaning, washing dishes, and general cleaning of food and beverage prep areas.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel food and beverage preparation or cooking experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.
• Ability to develop an understanding of concepts, practices, pre-established guidelines, and procedures used by the company in relation to guest service.
