Job Summary

The Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Indiana University School of Dentistry invites applications for a clinical or tenure track position at the assistant or associate professor level. This position will involve teaching, research, and clinical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide didactic and clinical instruction for postdoctoral and predoctoral students
  • Student counseling and research mentoring
  • Participation in hospital on-call service and interactions with students
  • Committee participation at the department, school, and university levels
  • Production of scholarship to support promotion

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD or foreign equivalent
  • Experience in teaching minimal to moderate sedation in pediatric dentistry and providing supervision in an operating room setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduates from a CODA accredited specialty program in pediatric dentistry
  • Board eligible or certified
