Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $100,000+ per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. We also offer bonus opportunities for eligible trainers, including new trainer bonuses and referral incentives.

Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining an active client base
  • Maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
  • Executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
  • Interacting with members to enhance their workouts and overall club experience
Requirements:

To be successful as a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will need:

  • A current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
  • Eligibility to begin a higher tier and pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
