Position Overview:Opportunity Awaits: Under general supervision, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of various heavy construction machinery. Your main objective will be to ensure that all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:- Adherence to safety policies and procedures, reinforcing our core value - Safety is paramount
- Diagnosing and repairing construction machinery both on-site and off-road
- Conducting preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment
- Performing minor welding tasks as needed
- Accurate completion of daily work orders and parts requisition forms
- Executing field service repairs as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following proper PPE guidelines
- Additional duties as assigned
- At least 5 years of experience with both large and small construction machinery
- Capability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a flexible work schedule
- Possession of tools and a valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules
- Capacity to adapt to diverse personalities and management styles
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with effective communication skills
